1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Note: We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at mr.023404@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- WalkGrace is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same style
- Damaged or defective items (please notify us within 48 hours of delivery)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mr.023404@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is processed and may not be eligible for cancellation.
