Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address, name, and profile details you choose to add, plus your workout completions and course progress. This data is private to your account and is used only to provide the program, show your progress, and contact you about your membership.

Before answering health-related assessment questions, you must separately consent to WalkGrace processing your answers to suggest your plan. Assessment answers stay in the current page's memory, are not sent to a server, and are not shared with third parties.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only limited information such as your plan, subscription status, and billing dates. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and secure your session. Our payment provider may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.

WalkGrace accounts are for adults aged 18 and older. Children under 18 may participate only alongside a parent or legal guardian using the adult's account. We do not create child profiles, collect child photos or videos, or track children. Do not submit a child's details, health answers, or workout records through an adult account.

We do not load advertising or tracking pixels in video experiences. The VIP video preview is for adults' own videos only; files stay on the device and are not uploaded, analyzed, or saved by WalkGrace.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run WalkGrace (such as hosting and payment processing) or when required by law.

You can update your profile in Settings at any time, or contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.
